

In September 2012, he reported to the USS SEAWOLF (SSN-21) in Bremerton, WA and completed two Northern Atlantic deployments as the Medical Department Representative and was selected to Senior Chief and Master Chief Petty Officer. In August 2008, Chief Custodio reported to Afloat Training Group Pacific Northwest, Everett, WA and became a shipboard senior medical assessor/trainer.Ĭhief Custodio reported to Basic Enlisted Submarine School and Naval Undersea Medical Institute, Groton, CT in March 2012 to complete his conversion from Surface to Submarine Force Independent Duty Corpsman. STENNIS (CVN-74), Bremerton, WA where he re-qualified as Enlisted Surface Warfare, qualified as Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist, and was selected promoted to Chief Petty Officer. On December 2005, he checked on board the USS JOHN C. During his tour, he was accepted to Surface Force Independent Duty Corpsman “C” School and graduated in November 2005. Upon completion of sea duty, he reported to Naval Health Clinic, Pearl Harbor, HI in 2002. In September 1998, he reported to the USS CORONADO (AGF-11) San Diego, CA. and sent to Naval Medical Center San Diego for his first tour as a Hospital Corpsman.

After Basic Training, he reported to Hospital Corpsman “A” School in San Diego, CA. Master Chief Custodio is a native of the Philippines and enlisted in the Navy on March 14, 1995.
